TristoneNash are pleased to be supporting the growth of a leading housing groups affordable housing programme and we are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager oversee a part of their development programme across their Hertfordshire operation.

The Senior Development Project Manager will be responsible for all pre contract negotiations on affordable housing projects and manage a variety of new build schemes in different stages until final completion.

Additional duties will be:

To undertake post contract project management services for Association projects and programmes of work to quality standards, performance standards and cost parameters agreed by Board.

To negotiate and manage commercial leases.

To support the Development Director in building and maintaining strong business relations with external stakeholders.

Actively source new business opportunities in line with the organisation’s development strategy
